Senior Commercial Agreement Specialist

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements for various business segments. They will provide expert advice and counsel to internal stakeholders on day-to-day commercial-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating complex commercial agreements to support business activities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to structure, draft, and negotiate agreements.
  • Identifying and explaining commercial agreement terms and associated risks to relevant stakeholders.
  • Evaluating and updating existing contract templates and developing new ones as needed.
  • Developing strategic relationships with internal stakeholders to support transactions.
  • Providing training and support to Sales Organization on contract policies and best practices.
  • Resolving commercial relationship issues, including pre-litigation disputes and inquiries.
  • Participating in customer negotiation sessions and coordinating policy development.

Requirements:

  • Law degree from a reputable university.
  • At least 7 years of experience in reviewing, drafting, redlining, and negotiating contracts.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, ability to analyze data.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
