Job Overview

Our organization is seeking an ambitious and organized individual to fill a Technical Program Manager Intern position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of technical programs, driving project deliverables, and supporting cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and product goals.

This role requires strong program management skills, including planning and execution, cross-functional collaboration, risk management, tracking and reporting, documentation and process improvement, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Planning & Execution: Assist in defining and executing complex technical programs from ideation to delivery, ensuring all technical milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, and product teams to understand technical requirements and manage project dependencies.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and proactively work with teams to create mitigation strategies.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Track project progress and provide clear timely updates to stakeholders. Help manage project timelines resources and priorities.
  • Documentation & Process Improvement: Maintain project documentation track progress and identify opportunities to improve team processes and workflows.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status changes and risks to relevant stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A strong interest in program management, project delivery, and technology.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies, Agile, Scrum, etc.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
