We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Urban Development Coordinator. This position involves supporting the development and implementation of urban landscape projects, ensuring timely completion and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct site visits and gather data to inform project planning and design.
- Assist in the preparation of design concepts, presentations, and reports related to urban landscape projects.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and consultants, to ensure effective project implementation.
- Support the organization and facilitation of community consultations and workshops to gather valuable feedback.
- Research best practices in urban landscape design and development, informing project decisions.
- Analyze data to evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and presentations.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in urban planning, landscape design, or project coordination.
- Solid understanding of urban planning principles and sustainable development practices.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, GIS) is desirable.
