Job Title: Senior Performance Marketing Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive paid media strategies that align with organizational objectives, target audience insights, and industry best practices.

In addition, the Senior Performance Marketing Manager will monitor and analyze campaign performance data using analytics tools, making informed decisions to improve key metrics.

The ideal candidate will stay up-to-date with the latest trends, updates, and innovations in the Meta and Google advertising landscapes, adjusting strategies accordingly. A strong analytical skillset is essential, along with proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools.

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns on Meta (formerly Facebook) and Google platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and extract actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics and other relevant platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
