Mobile Application Tester

We are looking for a skilled Mobile Application Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in mobile and web testing, as well as API testing.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the scope of testing within the context of each release or delivery.
  • Provide status updates to the test lead or manager.
  • Support the testing team.
  • Work closely with business analysts, functional leads, and development teams.
  • Contribute to test planning and manage the testing effort for any given release.
  • Design test scenarios and test cases.
  • Track and report bugs.
  • Coordinate defect resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have experience in e-commerce domain with expertise in both mobile and web testing.
  • Good experience in API testing.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and its methodologies.
  • Proficient in writing and executing test plans and test cases in highly structured environments.
  • Solid hands-on experience in integration testing, functional testing, black box testing, user acceptance testing, system testing, smoke testing, and regression testing.
  • Able to identify test scenarios, estimate test effort, and create test plans.
  • Working experience with Jira and agile-driven projects.
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
