Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Strategic Learning Solutions Consultant. In this position, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to design and deliver tailored learning solutions that enhance business performance.

This involves providing expertise in instructional design, organizational development, and human resources to create effective training programs that meet the needs of our customers.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay informed about organizational requirements and develop innovative solutions to maximize learning impact.

Key responsibilities include designing blended learning solutions, facilitating training sessions, managing logistics, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives.

Education / Work Experience Required:

- Master's Degree in Instructional Design/Organizational Development/Human Resources/Marketing and Sales preferred.

- More than 10 years of experience in Sales Development or Leadership Development roles.

- Strong leadership skills, ability to influence leaders, and facilitate cross-functional teams.
