Job Title: Strategic Process ConsultantWe are seeking a skilled Strategic Process Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment with technical standards and compliance regulations.
  • Document business processes, including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Translate business needs into actionable documentation, ensuring seamless communication across teams.
  • Support solution design workshops, focusing on alignment with business goals and architectural principles.
  • Conduct business impact assessments and support process re-engineering initiatives as needed.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, track decisions, and follow up on action items across teams and vendors.
  • Create high-quality presentations to communicate processes, solutions, and decisions effectively.
  • Maintain requirement traceability throughout the design, development, and testing phases.
  • Assist in documenting change requests and supporting impact assessments with delivery leads.
  • Support Agile/SAFe ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews.
