Job Opportunity

The successful Localization Project Manager will oversee global expansion initiatives, managing localization projects and leveraging translation management system (TMS) tools. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage localization requests and projects across product UI, documentation, and support content.
  • TMS Tools: Oversee translation workflows in TMS platforms, including project setup, automation, and quality checks.
  • Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for localization vendors, managing schedules and queries.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, Documentation, Marketing, and Support teams to gather requirements and prepare content for localization.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in localization project management or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with TMS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of TMS, translation workflows, translation memories, and terminology management.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across functions and time zones.
  • Experience managing external localization vendors.
  • Familiarity with internationalization concepts and multilingual QA processes is a plus.
