Role Overview

This is a key senior support position for an organization's Content Centre of Excellence Head. As the Chief of Staff, you will play a pivotal role in assisting with strategic planning, project management and oversight of daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks efficiently, and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. They should also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate between teams and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Assist the Content Centre of Excellence Head in developing and implementing strategies to drive business objectives.
  • Project Management: Oversee project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
  • Operational Management: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
  • Communication: Foster effective internal and external communications to align teams and stakeholders around business goals.
