Job Opportunity: Senior Content Writer-Reviews

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Content Writer-Reviews to join our team. As a senior content writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality theatrical and OTT reviews for Bollywood, Hollywood & Regional movies (Hindi dubbed/subtitles) and entertainment articles for Koimoi.com.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, excellent writing skills, and a keen interest in the entertainment industry. You should be able to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write engaging and informative theatrical/OTT reviews on a monthly basis.
  • Contribute to the development of entertainment articles for Koimoi.com as per assigned targets & categories.
  • Cover media events in Mumbai and travel to other cities as required.
  • Develop a portfolio of online reviews for national/international platforms of repute.
  • Maintain good relationships with PRs and receive regular invitations to media events.
  • Participate in cast and crew interviews (video/audio/print) and maintain a strong presence at media events.
  • Generate creative ideas to expand the content on Koimoi.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in reviewing movies & writing content.
  • Strong command of the English language, vocabulary & grammar.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress and familiarity with SEO/SMM.
  • Ability to work in shifts as per roster and at odd times as required for press shows/events.
  • Quick understanding and prioritization of content that matters.
  • Excellent editing skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of readers' preferences and ability to create relevant content.
  • Experience with video content is an added advantage.
