Job Overview

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned Culinary Operations Leader with exceptional leadership skills and extensive knowledge of culinary terminology.

  • Directs and evaluates team performance, ensuring seamless kitchen operations and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and consistency.
  • Maintains comprehensive recipe libraries and undertakes regular recipe reviews to ensure alignment with industry standards.
  • Responsible for controlling production levels, improving efficiency, and reducing costs through strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Ensures adherence to Public Health regulations, conducts HACCP programs, and prepares areas for inspections to maintain a high level of food safety and quality.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years in an upscale hotel or cruise ship environment with demonstrated success in kitchen management.
  • Culinary school degree required, with emphasis on leadership and management principles.
  • Strong management, communication, interpersonal, customer service, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills.
