About the Role
The Risk team forms the core of our business, working closely across functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure safe footing for the company. As a member of this team, you will work on the first line of defence for our Private Bank, developing sustainable growth strategies aligned with operational risk frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying, assessing, documenting, and reviewing risks in our Private Bank
- Designing, implementing, and testing controls to mitigate risks
- Developing and testing key procedures to manage risk effectively
- Creating and reviewing key risk indicators to monitor and assess risk levels
- Managing and delivering risk incident reports
Requirements:
- A 2:1 degree from a reputable university
- At least 6 years of experience in operational risk management in financial services
- Experience in private banking or wealth management is essential
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure
