Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Business Manager to spearhead our efforts in promoting bio-fertilizer products to farmers, agricultural institutions, and other stakeholders.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Promote bio-fertilizer products to increase market share and drive business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales forecasts and reports to track progress against targets and make data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and deliver results.

Essential Skills:

  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture or a related field is highly desirable but not mandatory for experienced candidates with a proven track record in the industry.
  • 4-7 years of relevant work experience gained from a similar industry with a proven ability to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
