Agricultural Product Promoter

The Business Manager will play a pivotal role in promoting bio-fertilizer products to farmers, agricultural institutions, and other key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the agriculture industry and be able to build lasting relationships with influential customers, distributors, and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote bio-fertilizer products to farmers, agricultural institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and foster strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports to track progress against targets.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand market presence.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor of Science in Agriculture preferable but not mandatory for experienced candidates in similar industries.
- 4 to 7 years of relevant work experience gained from similar industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
