Learning Solutions Specialist Job Description

The role of a Learning Solutions Specialist involves collaborating with functional managers and subject matter experts to develop training and change objectives, design, and deliver learning materials that meet client business needs.

  • Conduct a thorough Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify the skills gaps in the team.
  • Develop comprehensive training curricula, including high-level and detailed content outlines, standards, and guidelines.
  • Design and create engaging training deliverables that cater to the diverse learning needs of the clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify solution approaches and design effective learning solutions.
  • Support functional managers in identifying Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) measures for projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review training materials that align with client business needs.
  • Create high-quality training deliverables within agreed-upon timelines.
