Unlock Sales Insights as a Data Analyst

This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's sales strategy by leveraging data-driven insights.

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data to identify opportunities and challenges. You will work closely with management and the business strategy team to model, analyze, prepare, and summarize information for company's sales, products, new initiatives, organic and inorganic growth etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Management and Business Strategy Team to develop sales targets and strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Analyze sales data, including historical performance, trends, and market insights, to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Create meaningful reports, dashboards, and presentations to visualize and communicate sales performance metrics to the sales team and management.
  • Monitor funnel performance weekly for sales team.
  • Work with Business Teams to monitor potential opportunities.
  • Track performance (target vs achievement) of business team product wise and present to management.
  • Ensure CRM system is utilized effectively for tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Provide access of CRM tools to business team and provide solutions if any issue team is facing regarding CRM tools.
  • Support sales representatives with sales data, generate reports, and provide assistance as needed.
  • Act as liaison between sales team and other departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Business, Sales, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven 3-4 years of experience in data analysis and interpretation, preferably in sales or marketing context.
  • Proficiency in data crunching & analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
