Key Insights Analyst

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical professional to collect, process, and analyze data to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong skills in data querying, visualization, and storytelling to transform raw data into actionable insights.
- Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to support business initiatives.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Translate business questions into data queries and provide insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support forecasting and optimization.
- Perform A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate business performance.
- Document data definitions, processes, and business rules.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with Excel and at least one scripting language.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data findings clearly.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data warehousing.
- Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
- Knowledge of statistical methods and hypothesis testing.
