
Digital Insights Analyst

You will be responsible for building and maintaining real-time dashboards in Power BI, automating campaign reports, and interpreting post-wise and ad performance across platforms.
Beyond tracking numbers, you will apply advanced analytics to spot trends, optimize ad spends, and influence creative and platform strategy.
The role demands a mix of campaign pulse tracking, audience behavior analysis, and technical expertise in data handling, including structured and unstructured datasets from social media, ad platforms, and engagement metrics.
You will work closely with the Ads Manager, Social Media Platform Manager, and Creative Team to ensure our campaigns stay agile, efficient, and ahead of the trend curve.
Key Responsibilities Performance Tracking & Dashboard Management Build, maintain, and update dynamic dashboards in Power BIAutomate reports to reduce manual work and enable faster decision-making.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for ads and organic content across Meta, X, You Tube, and Linked In.
Advanced Analytics & Insight Generation Interpret post-wise and ad performance to identify high-impact content formats, targeting strategies, and optimization areas.
Apply statistical techniques and machine learning models (e.g., regression, clustering, recommendation) to gain deeper campaign insights.
Analyze unstructured datasets (comments, hashtags, trends) to gauge audience sentiment and inform creative direction.
Identify selection biases, sampling errors, and data normalization needs to ensure accuracy in reporting.
Visual Reporting & Communication Create impactful, visually engaging charts and infographics for campaign decks.
Present insights in an actionable narrative format for non-technical stakeholders.
Translate analytics into platform-specific recommendations for the creative team.
Collaboration & Campaign Alignment Partner with the Ads Manager to monitor campaign pulse and adjust targeting or content as needed.
Work closely with social media teams to align paid and organic strategies.
Data Governance & Best Practices Maintain high data quality standards, flag inconsistencies, and recommend corrective actions.
Keep track of emerging analytics tools, data security practices, and political campaign compliance norms.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing Analytics, or a related analytical discipline.
Experience & Technical Skills Minimum requirement: Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard building and analytics.
Proven experience in campaign or digital performance analytics, preferably in political, social impact, or entertainment sectors.
Familiarity with Tableau, Google Data Studio, Airtable, Notion is a plus Basic knowledge of data science tools such as Python or R is a plus Soft Skills Strong communication skills in Tamil and English.
Analytical mindset with a flair for spotting actionable trends.
Detail-oriented, deadline-focused, and adaptable to rapid campaign changes.
Work Expectations Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends, during peak campaign activity.
High integrity and confidentiality in handling campaign data and strategy.
