In-House Business Law Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive legal professional to manage all legal and compliance matters for our business.
- Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, affidavits, and applications with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Handle compliance-related work across corporate, real estate, and regulatory matters, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, hearings, and government offices when required, demonstrating excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Maintain organized legal records and case files, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information.
- Coordinate with senior advocates, external counsel, and consultants to ensure smooth handling of ongoing matters.
- Monitor changes in relevant laws/regulations and keep management updated, providing strategic legal advice on various transactions and disputes.
The ideal candidate should possess an LL.B. degree (LL.M. preferred but not mandatory), be enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India, and have 3+ years of experience in litigation, compliance, or corporate law (real estate exposure preferred).
Key responsibilities include managing all legal and compliance matters, drafting and reviewing contracts, and representing the company in legal proceedings.
