Sr. Director of Product Strategy
DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned product leader to drive the strategic direction of our Salesforce ecosystem. This role will be responsible for evolving and optimizing our platform to meet business objectives, ensuring seamless integration across Sales, Recruiting/Delivery, Operations, and Strategic Services.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise product leadership, preferably in an IT services or consulting firm. They should possess a deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and related CRM tools, as well as expertise in leading cross-functional business transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business goals, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with executive and departmental leaders to define needs, identify inefficiencies, and uncover opportunities for automation and innovation.
- Work closely with technical teams and external developers to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure adoption and understanding of platform changes.
- Design and refine user experiences to elevate decision-making and reduce manual work.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7-12 years of experience in enterprise product leadership.
- Proven track record of owning post-implementation product roadmaps and delivering high-impact outcomes.
- Deep functional understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and related CRM tools.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sales enablement ecosystems is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional business transformation initiatives and deliver scalable solutions.
- Increased efficiency and automation across Sales and Recruiting workflows.
