Job Title: Airport Rescue and Firefighting Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Airport Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire safety protocols, emergency response procedures, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement ARFF Operational Procedures:
      Comply with local and international aviation safety standards.
  • Lead and Manage the Crash Fire Tender Team:
      Ensure round-the-clock readiness for emergency response.
  • Conduct Regular Training and Drills:
      Maintain peak performance and readiness of the CFT team.
  • Coordinate with Airport Authorities:
      Ensure seamless emergency response and mutual aid.
  • Oversee Maintenance and Readiness:
      ARFF vehicles, equipment, and firefighting systems.
  • Analyze Incident Reports:
      Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
  • Ensure Compliance:
      Regulatory requirements and standards related to ARFF services.
  • Participate in Airport Exercises:
      Provide expert guidance and leadership during simulated emergencies.
  • Conduct Regular Inspections:
      Uphold the highest standards of fire safety and emergency preparedness.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fire Science, Aviation Management, or related field.
  • Advanced certifications in Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF).
Certification Required:
  • Valid ARFF certification from a recognized aviation authority.
  • Valid certification in Fire Safety and Prevention.
