Financial Markets Role

We seek an accomplished professional to spearhead our Investment Banking team in equity capital market transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients in preparing strategic pitch books and company-focused discussion documents.
  • Oversee the delivery and execution of projects related to equity capital markets, encompassing capital market updates, newsletters, shareholder ownership analysis, IPO comps/analysis, new equity issuance analysis, capital structure analysis, investor profiles, ECM transaction case studies, industry research, and league tables.
  • Multitask with high organizational skills, ensuring timely completion of reports and packages.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and quality control checks on outgoing reports/packs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in investment banking, preferably within an ECM team of a bank, boutique firm, KPO, consultancy, or advisory firm.
  • Postgraduate degree (MBA/CA) or graduate level + cleared CFA Level.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Familiarity with databases such as FactSet, Dealogic, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Thomson Research, and Morning Star.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word.
