We are seeking an experienced Equity Capital Market Analyst to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equity capital markets, with experience in preparing pitch books, company-focused discussion documents, and analyzing precedent equity offerings. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines and ensuring the quality of deliverables to meet high client satisfaction standards.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues alike. They will also have a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • MBA/CA/Graduate degree + CFA Level cleared
  • 4+ years of experience in Investment Banking, preferably in an ECM team of a bank or boutique firm
  • Fair knowledge of capital markets, equity offerings, and equity-linked offerings like convertible bonds
  • Strong statistical and analytical skills to assess economic performance and industry analysis for clients
  • Ability to work independently, excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Working knowledge of databases such as Factset, Dealogic, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Thomson Research, Morningstar
  • MS Office skills, particularly in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word
