Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client projects from start to finish, including data collection, analysis, and insights synthesis.
  • Interpret market trends to identify patterns and emerging opportunities for clients.
  • Lead effective client and internal meetings, addressing questions and queries using data-driven expertise.
  • Deliver tailored solutions for clients through proprietary tools and customized reports.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to sustain and grow the program's membership base.
  • Take on leadership responsibilities and oversee junior team members.

Requirements
  • Masters degree in an analytical or quantitative subject.
  • 5+ years' experience in benchmarking, research, or business analysis.
  • Sector experience in financial services, consultancy, or market research preferred (retail banking experience advantageous).

Tech Requirements
  • Advanced MS Office skills: Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge in Alteryx, Python, Tableau, or PowerBI helpful but not mandatory.
  • Ability to interrogate, interpret, and model data to extract insights and answer clients' queries.
