Project Team Lead Job Description

The Project Team Lead is responsible for ensuring the high-quality delivery of project outcomes. This involves stakeholder engagement, coordination with national and international partners, and supervision of short-term experts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Environmental Policy, Economics, Forestry, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Proficiency in English & Hindi (B2 level).
  • 12 years of professional experience in sustainability and natural resources management, 8 years in business development, value chain promotion and market linkages, 5 years of management/leadership experience as project team leader or manager in a company, 5 years of experience in projects in South Asia (region), of which 2 years in projects in India (country), 5 years of experience in Development cooperation projects.
