Job Title: Workforce Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned expert in workforce management systems to optimize our operations.

  • The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with Workforce Dimensions configuration and implementation, including expertise in the Time-to-Pay module.
  • A deep understanding of payroll requirements, award interpretation, and Fair Work compliance is essential.
  • The expert will lead the configuration and enhancement of workforce management modules: Timekeeping, Scheduling, and especially Time-to-Pay (TTP).
  • They will design and implement complex pay rules, work rules, accruals, and scheduling policies aligned with Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
  • The expert will collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Operations to translate business requirements into effective system configurations.
  • Comprehensive unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) of TTP rules will be conducted to guarantee payroll accuracy.
  • The expert will manage integrations between Workforce Dimensions and external payroll platforms.
  • Expert-level functional support will be provided during and after implementation, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.
  • User training materials will be developed, and knowledge transfer to internal teams will be provided.
