About this role

We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Portfolio Growth Manager. As a key member of our investment platform, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, deepening client engagement, and increasing their Assets Under Management (AUM).

Your primary focus will be on conducting quarterly video reviews with each client to discuss their portfolio performance, benchmark comparisons, and address any queries. You will also maintain regular digital engagement to provide timely updates, resolve client inquiries, and ensure seamless communication.

  • Manage a portfolio of 80-100 clients with a current aggregate AUM of ₹100-150 Cr, with the potential to scale up to ₹300-350 Cr.
  • Analyze client portfolios and recommend optimization strategies in line with our investment philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase client AUM and deepen engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and portfolio performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent client outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of sales or advisory roles experience in financial services like Banks, NBFCs & AMCs.
  • Good academic credentials, such as an MBA from a top B-school, CFA Level 2/3, or CA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong alignment toward sales and client relationship management.
  • Deep knowledge of financial markets & investment products like Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS) & Alternate Investment Funds (AIF).
  • Ability to explain complex investment methodology to clients in simple terms.
