Job Description

This role involves leveraging expertise in strategy and consulting to drive business growth.

Maintain forecasts on key non-financial metrics, extracting insights from reports and providing strategic recommendations. Gather, manage and consolidate internal and external datasets based on project requirements. Draft a bi-weekly industry newsletter for leadership. Support thought leadership pieces for executive leadership on areas, peers and regulations. Own workstreams in projects and act as an expert in data visualization. Analyze investment budgets and insights across themes.

About the Role

To excel, you'll need experience in strategy or consulting roles in financial services, helping stakeholders with diverse needs. You'll bring strong research experience, PowerPoint skills and at least six years of experience in strategy consulting with a focus on research in the financial services domain.

Required Skills

  • A strong academic background, including BTech and MBA in Finance with 6+ years of experience in Banking Industry or relevant payment strategy experience.
  • Strategic planning and insight generation experience.
  • Experience in coordinating and working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong Excel programming skills with technical and analytical mindset.
  • S sound knowledge of economic and financial markets databases.
