This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Strategist, located in Bengaluru. The Financial Strategist will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities.
- Oversee all financial activities including accounting, bookkeeping, cash flow, invoicing, and reconciliations using Zoho Books.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with Indian tax laws, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities as needed.
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable and ensure healthy cash flow management.
- Create financial dashboards and reports within Zoho Books for management review.
- Enhance internal controls and standard operating procedures for finance.
- Support fundraising, cost control, and investment analysis as required.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- CA / CMA qualification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of finance experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Mandatory experience with Zoho Books.
- Strong understanding of Indian financial regulations and compliance.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
