Seeking a seasoned Finance Strategist to spearhead our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective financial management strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimizing investments.
  • Provide actionable insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Secure funding through strategic loan and equity finance solutions to meet the company's financial needs.
  • Strategically invest excess funds to maximize returns, while continuously monitoring and evaluating investment portfolios for optimal performance.
  • Lead the budgeting process, collaborating with various departments to establish financial targets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to conduct regular performance evaluations, providing recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Establish and maintain policies and procedures for debtors and creditors, ensuring efficient management of credit terms and timely collections.
  • Oversee receivables and coordinate with store-level teams to ensure seamless cash flow.
  • Develop and improve the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, suggesting enhancements and implementing changes to streamline financial processes.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of financial transactions, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance, with a focus on financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in analyzing large data sets, identifying trends, and drawing meaningful insights.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and interpret financial statements and make strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
