Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Workday expert to lead end-to-end workstreams for client implementations. This Workday Lead Consultant role requires deep expertise in Workday Financials, as well as excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge across Finance domains, with certification in one or more of the following areas: R2R, C2C, P2P, Business Assets, Project & Project Billing (PSA), Banking & Settlement, Customer Contracts, Financial Reporting, Financial Integration.

  • Lead and manage assigned Workday Financials workstreams from planning to deployment.
  • Work independently to interpret and translate client requirements into effective Workday configuration.
  • Guide, mentor, and support team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Deliver within project deadlines and ensure compliance with best practices.

In addition to these responsibilities, this role also requires:

  • Minimum 2+ full-cycle Workday Financials implementations from scratch.
  • Strong leadership and client engagement skills.
  • Ability to identify risks/issues proactively and escalate as needed to avoid project delays.
