Job Role: Field Sales and Client Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:
  • To identify new sales opportunities from a given database and establish relationships with key decision-makers to drive the sales process forward.
  • To penetrate all targeted accounts, generate leads, and originate sales opportunities for the company's products and services.
  • To design and deliver engaging sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on a daily basis.
  • To ensure timely follow-up with client organizations to facilitate the sales pitch and achieve closure.
  • To serve as an interface between customers and internal support teams to provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • To collect payments in accordance with the company's payment terms and maintain adherence to sales processes and requirements.
  • To achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate should possess a laptop, internet connectivity, and a smartphone.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 12 months of work experience is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and vehicle is necessary.
  • A minimum of 60% in 10th and 12th standard education is required.
  • An MBA degree or equivalent with at least 6 months of work experience is desirable.
  • Experienced professionals are also encouraged to apply.
