Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS R12 technical support specialist to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for providing expert-level assistance to clients across multiple modules in Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains.

Your hands-on experience with SQL/PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports will enable you to troubleshoot production issues effectively and implement resolutions.

You will independently manage issue resolutions and customization enhancements in live Oracle EBS business flows. Your strong understanding of Sales & Distribution modules, including Order Management (OM), Advanced Pricing, Shipping Execution, Inventory (INV), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Trading Community Architecture (TCA), will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level technical support to clients across multiple modules
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement resolutions
  • Manage issue resolutions and customization enhancements in live Oracle EBS business flows
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Sales & Distribution modules

Required Skills and Qualifications:
