Job Title / Position : Data Administrator for Employee Lifecycle Management

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to oversee the data administration of employee lifecycle management. This role will involve analyzing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date information within SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and validating data during the staff requisition process globally.
  • Maintaining organizational data and org data hierarchies in SAP SuccessFactors, including departments, profit centers, functional areas, etc.
  • Executing impact analysis and initiating follow-up activities for organizational data changes in downstream systems.
  • Training local key users on correctly maintaining SAP SuccessFactors data.
  • Developing demands for improving SAP SuccessFactors logics to enhance data entry efficiency and reduce errors.

Requirements:

  • Able to read and understand HR data.
  • Good understanding of Job Architecture in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Good knowledge of Hire to Retire Process.
  • 2-3 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
