Sailpoint IIQ Developer Job Description

As a seasoned Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing secure and scalable IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. Your expertise in configuration, integration, and troubleshooting will be essential in delivering high-quality solutions to our organization.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ development and implementation, as well as a strong understanding of IAM concepts, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access certification, and role management.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver IAM solutions that meet business needs. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Customize workflows, rules, and connectors to meet business requirements.
  • Integrate SailPoint with various systems and applications for provisioning and access governance.
  • Perform role-based access control (RBAC), policy enforcement, and compliance reporting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity lifecycle and access management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ development and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access certification, and role management.
  • Experience with Java, BeanShell scripting, XML, and web services.
  • Familiarity with directory services (LDAP, AD), databases, and enterprise systems.
  • Good knowledge of security standards and compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
