Job Title:

Sales Enablement Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop onboarding and training programs to enhance skills of new hires and team members.
  • Create and maintain sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, and enablement resources that adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Align sales strategies with customer buying behaviors to bridge skill gaps across the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to define competencies, certifications, and success metrics for sales teams.
  • Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives with targeted content and enablement strategies.
  • Own key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ramp time, attainment, and content usage to drive measurable impact.
  • Evaluate and implement best-in-class enablement tools and processes to streamline workflows.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them grow and achieve their goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience in sales enablement or B2B SaaS sales.
  • Proven ability to build enablement programs from scratch in high-growth environments.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Familiarity with enablement tools and modern sales technology platforms.
  • A builder's mindset and enthusiasm to scale with a fast-growing organization.
