Job Title: Senior Leasing Executive

As a seasoned professional with 10-15 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading the leasing business and driving revenue growth.

Your key responsibilities include managing a team, building, nurturing, and growing the leasing business, maintaining year-over-year revenue growth, tracking business milestones, identifying gaps and opportunities, and participating in large transactions. You will also be responsible for preparing annual and monthly target vacancy lists and client lists, ensuring key performance indicators (KRAs) are met by the team, and handling a team of research executives, managers, and below-level staff.

The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, be able to meet team and self-targets, and present monthly reports to heads/team directors. Additionally, they will ensure training is conducted when required and meet team targets and self-targets.
