Job Title: Human Resources Manager

This is a key role within the organization, responsible for fostering a positive work environment and driving overall human resources and administrative functions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent and drive business growth.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive orientation programs for new employees.
  • Manage employee relations and ensure a positive working culture.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Implement effective employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes to drive individual and team performance.
  • Identify training and development needs for employees and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance on HR-related matters and support employees in their roles.
  • Oversee office facilities, including space planning and maintenance, to create a comfortable and efficient work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, as well as HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex problems.
