Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

  • This role requires meticulous individuals to assess the quality of interactions between our organization associates and existing or potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete call monitoring and feedbacks as per defined goals.
  • Perform trend analysis and provide insights to improve performance.
  • Help teams achieve process/function goals.
  • Conduct calibration sessions and develop action plans.

  • Present information clearly and concisely.
  • Apply functional knowledge in aligned projects.

Requirements:

  • More than 1+ year of experience in collections process.
  • Preferred 3rd Party or 1st Party Collections experience.
  • Self-motivated and a self-starter.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills.
  • Vigilant in following up to ensure developed plans have been implemented.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and a sense of urgency.
  • Adapt well to change and set priorities as needed.
  • Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Creative ability & writing proficiency.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
