Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ L3 Support Engineer to join our team. This role involves working closely with business and technical teams to maintain a secure and efficient Identity Governance and Administration environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, expertise in L3 support, debugging, and root cause analysis, as well as knowledge of Java, BeanShell, XML, and SailPoint APIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
  • Expertise in L3 support, debugging, and root cause analysis
  • Knowledge of Java, BeanShell, XML, and SailPoint APIs
  • Experience with integration to target systems (Active Directory, Azure AD, databases, LDAP, web services, etc.)
  • Good understanding of IGA concepts (provisioning, workflows, certifications, access requests, lifecycle events)
  • Experience in custom connector development and application onboarding

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L3 support for SailPoint IdentityIQ, including advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Work on defect fixes, minor enhancements, and configuration updates
  • Analyze logs and debug code to resolve complex issues
  • Collaborate with development teams for customizations, workflows, and integration updates
  • Manage connectors for various target systems (AD, Azure AD, Databases, LDAP, etc.)
  • Implement and manage SailPoint rules, tasks, and certifications
  • Perform environment upgrades, patches, and performance tuning
  • Support onboarding of new applications and entitlement structures
  • Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
