Senior Identity Governance Specialist

**Job Description**
As a seasoned Identity Operations Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our organization's identity and access management systems. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure identity solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks, develop strategies to improve authentication and authorization processes, and implement best practices for identity governance.
With your expertise in SailPoint IIQ and ISC, MS Entra ID, CyberArk, and other modern identity and access management products, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining complex IAM solutions that integrate with various applications, HR systems, and databases.
Your experience in designing Role-Based Access Control systems, Segregation of Duties, Entitlement Management, Identity Lifecycle Management, and JML workflow will enable you to develop effective solutions that meet the organization's needs.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will bring a passion for delivering high-quality results, collaborating with Agile teams, and contributing to SOC/Sox internal and external audits.
