ERP System Administrator Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ERP system administrator to manage, maintain and optimize our NetSuite system.

This role involves managing the system, providing user support, configuring the system, implementing best practices, performing audits, data integrity checks, backups, and maintaining security roles and permissions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the ERP system ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
  • Perform regular system audits, data integrity checks and backups.
  • Implement and maintain security roles and permissions.

Configuration and Customization:

  • Configure the ERP system to meet business requirements including creating custom fields, records, forms and workflows.
  • Develop and implement custom scripts (SuiteScript) to automate processes and improve system functionality.
  • Customize dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.

User Support and Training:

  • Provide end-user support troubleshooting issues and resolving system-related problems.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to assist users in effectively utilizing the system.
  • Act as a liaison between users and ERP support for any escalated issues.

Data Management:

  • Oversee data migration, data imports and data integrity within the system.
  • Manage data cleanup projects and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with other business systems as needed.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the ERP system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance system efficiency.
  • Implement best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Create and maintain custom reports, saved searches and dashboards to support business needs.
  • Analyze system usage and performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on system status and projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience as an ERP system administrator.
  • Strong understanding of ERP system modules and functionality.
  • Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow and SuiteAnalytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • ERP system administrator certification is preferred.
