Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding customer business processes and documenting them based on industry verticals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Document customer business processes and identify current challenges.
  • Analyze client data for implementation purposes.
  • Provide exceptional support to clients post-implementation.
  • Collaborate with clients to determine ERP-related requirements.
  • Monitor and track the progress of ERP implementation projects.
  • Support senior team members in the implementation process.
  • Gather, analyze, and document data to inform decision-making.
  • Test and troubleshoot ERP software functionalities to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
