We are seeking a highly skilled leader to manage our branch and drive business growth within the life insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Strategy: Provide visionary guidance by clearly communicating our company's mission and objectives. Offer direct support to team members with expertise in channel development, product knowledge, and strategic market advice.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, identify skill gaps, and create customized developmental plans.
  • Sales & Team Management: Maximize sales productivity and achieve monthly and annual targets. This includes daily leadership, motivating the team, and monitoring progress. Ensure high-quality agency partnerships and manage the sales process from lead generation to business conversion.
  • Recruitment: Identify and recruit top-performing financial consultants from the market and develop them into senior leaders to expand our distribution network.
Required Candidate Profile
  • Education: A graduate degree is mandatory.
  • Experience: Proven experience in the insurance industry (agency or direct channel), with a strong background in leadership roles.
  • Skills: Must have a strong track record of success and stability.
  • Communication: Proficiency in English and the local language is essential.
