About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Risk Assurance Specialist to lead our internal audit assignments in the BFSI sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing internal audit assignments, developing risk-based audit plans, and reviewing team member work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internal audit assignments for clients in the BFSI sector, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Develop risk-based audit plans, prepare audit scope and work programs, and review team member work to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and finalize audit reports, present results to pre-audit committees, and track implementation of recommendations.
- Lead projects within the team, train new and existing members on auditing best practices and recent developments.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience as an Internal Auditor or similar role, with a strong background in risk management and auditing.
- CA, MBA, or any graduate degree from a reputable institution.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to manage teams, perform reviews independently, and interact with client management effectively.
