We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented project coordinator to manage multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating tasks, maintaining documentation of each project, and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage multiple digital marketing projects concurrently
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, understand objectives, and provide regular updates
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure project milestones are met
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues when necessary
  • Assist in planning campaigns, tracking key performance indicators, and generating reports
  • Schedule internal meetings, client reviews, and feedback sessions
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO, social media, paid ads, content marketing
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of project management tools is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
