As a key player in our organization, the IT Project Coordinator role demands exceptional technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure seamless collaboration between clients, internal teams, and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Oversee web development, digital marketing, and design projects from initiation to completion with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Requirements Definition: Define project requirements, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate resources and prioritize tasks for the team to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Tech Support: Handle domain, hosting, email configurations, subscriptions, and renewals, providing timely solutions to technical issues.
  • Service Setup: Set up and manage GSuite, Microsoft 365, and Google Business Profiles, streamlining communication and collaboration.
  • Quality Assurance: Evaluate quality control across development, SEO, design, and ad campaigns, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot technical issues, research solutions, and coordinate with third-party vendors when required, minimizing downtime and delays.
  • Progress Tracking: Track progress, prepare performance reports (SEO rankings, Ads results, etc.), and share updates with clients, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Communication Facilitation: Foster smooth communication between clients and internal teams, resolving conflicts and ensuring project success.
  • Risk Management: Monitor project risks, delays, and challenges—proactively resolving them to prevent negative impact on projects.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. The ideal candidate should possess proven experience in Project Management within the IT, Web, or Digital Marketing industries, coupled with excellent client relationship management skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in project management tools, MS Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
