Project Manager - IT and Digital Expert

This role entails overseeing the delivery of web development, digital marketing, and design projects from inception to completion.

The Project Manager - IT and Digital Expert will act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating web development, digital marketing, and design projects.
  • Defining project parameters, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Effective resource allocation and task prioritization for the team.
  • Managing domain configurations, hosting, email subscriptions, and renewals.
  • Setting up and managing Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Google Business Profiles.
  • Maintaining quality control across development, SEO, design, and ad campaigns.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues, researching solutions, and coordinating with vendors when necessary.
  • Tracking progress, preparing performance reports, and sharing updates with clients.
  • Facilitating seamless communication between clients and internal teams.

Required qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1 year) in project management within the IT, web, or digital marketing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies, hosting, SEO, digital marketing, and IT tools.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
