We cater to both individual investors and institutions, including financial advisors and hedge funds.   • Analyze and verify incoming corporate action information
  • Analyze and reconcile books and records with clearinghouses and banks
  • Interface with clearinghouses and banks regarding corporate event instructions
  • Collect and analyze client instructions
  • Enhance systems to handle existing or new products and markets
  • Communicate with internal and external parties involved

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in science, mathematics, or accounting
  • 2 to 5 years of targeted Corporate Action experience at a broker-dealer
  • Knowledge of stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and Government Securities
  • Proficient with MS Office suite
  • Excellent oral and written communication and analytical skills
