Corporate Actions Specialist


Job Overview:

We seek an experienced professional to join our Corporate Actions Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the validation, risk evaluation, processing and post-distribution reconciliation of corporate action-related events announced by issuers in the Americas.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operate, enhance and test evolving corporate systems collaborating with internal and external clients, counterparties, clearing organizations and depositories

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address complex corporate actions
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure accurate and timely execution of corporate actions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize results

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of corporate actions and securities products
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
